We already have "fair" standards for marriage

A person's DNA determines their sex, not how they feel or what they like.

The population is virtually evenly divided between men and women with only rare outliers.

With few exceptions any man can marry any woman in the USA as long as they both agree.

What could be more inclusive or “fair”?
