Where exactly up the chain of command does the legality of the persons rank stop mattering?

If I'm an E-1 and an "E-2" who I along with tens-of-millions of others suspect is an infiltrator or a spy gives me an order I do nothing? I have no reason to doubt the lawfulness of the order? No recourse?

If I do have recourse with an E-2 what about an O-1? If an O-1 why not the alleged commander-in-chief?

Again, where does the need to certify legitimacy stop?

Interesting that a Google search for this news story only has one result. Can you imagine if any soldier had questioned GWB's authority? It would be everywhere all the time and said to be evidence of a widespread sentiment.

Let us pray for this patriot and that more like him step up. I have followed this since 2008 and all of the court cases have been challenged by the government on technical grounds, many of them involving standing. It goes like this: no one has been specifically harmed by the alleged conduct therefore no one has "standing".

I know it seems loony but We The People have no standing to challenge a massive fraud simply because it involves a general harm not a specific one. Well let's see if the putrid laundry can stay unaired now.
