What Is The Job Description For The Presidency?

The president is not our teacher, our tutor, our guide or ruler. He does not command us, we command him. We serve neither him nor his vision. I Guess I Don't Get It

Where exactly up the chain of command does the legality of the persons rank stop mattering?

If I'm an E-1 and an "E-2" who I along with tens-of-millions of others suspect is an infiltrator or a spy gives me an order I do nothing? I have no reason to doubt the lawfulness of the order? No recourse?

If I do have recourse with an E-2 what about an O-1? If an O-1 why not the alleged commander-in-chief?

Again, where does the need to certify legitimacy stop?

A nation of law or men?

It has often been said that there are only two types of nations, one of law or one of men. A nation of law expects the same from everyone; rich and poor, powerful and weak. A nation of men expects nothing but craven self interest and thrives on the friction caused by it.

Obummer, leftists (and obots of course) desire a nation of men because they embrace the base emotions of mankind instead of the self discipline required for a nation of law.
