The poser can’t even tell us what is in “his” executive order. All the blubbering fool can do is read it and then ask one of his handlers to put more words into his mouth.

Notice how he stumbles when he says that he has the “authority as president…”. The punk can’t believe they have pulled it off; he knows he is a fraud.

And of course there is that little “promise” that he broke.

They Know Not What They Support

Homosexuals and anyone else that celebrates this recent ruling in CA have no idea what a beast they have unleashed, one that will happily eat friend or foe.

We must be very careful not to discuss this in any terms that mask what it truly is; a usurpation of the sovereign power of the state and the people in it to order their lives as they see fit.

A federal judge has no jurisdiction at all when it comes to a State's constitution! If California had a man for Governor and an AG who believed in the rule of law this would never have happened.

Talk about a slippery slope. What's to keep someone else from looking to nullify other parts of the CA Constitution from filing suit and getting this less-than-legal mind to rule in their favor?

This so-called judge has already written of his disdain for tradition and traditional beliefs. It is not a stretch to see him ruling that only atheists can be on juries.

Why have constitutions at all? If one man can nullify part of one why not the whole thing?

Restore the Republic

Regarding the feds suing Arizona.

I wish that Arizona would not play this game. By entering the battle this way they validate the false premise that the Feds have any say in this.

Businesses and good politicians would just say: "We do not recognize your authority on this issue". Then move on and do whatever they have planed. Brewer in Arizona should mobilize the Guard, Marshals and Sheriffs and remove all federal employees from the state. Maybe the border patrol could stay if they DO THEIR JOB if not they are out too!

The federal government would not exist if not for a voluntary agreement by the states. It is time they put all of the pieces back where they belong or dissolve the union.

What to do?

What are we to do? That is the fundamental question.

Is it time to say that all peaceful means have been tried?
If we continue the "legal" attempts to enforce the constitution will we slowly bleed to death in the mean time?

Sadly I believe that the answers are no and yes. The 2010 elections will be our last chance and that may be too late. If it is not too late we cannot just elect people and walk away.

We must DEMAND:

1. Full, thorough and public trials for all suspects in this conspiracy.
2.Define the exact meaning of "natural born citizen" and the means by which said status will be verified; amendment to the constitution.
3. Term limits; amendment to the constitution.
4. No lobbying by former members of the government ever; amendment to the constitution.
5. Remove all pensions, benefits and medical care for former members of government at all levels as related to the holder of or the support staff for a specific office; amendment to the constitution.
6. Declare George Soros and all of his operations "enemies of the state" and forbid him on US soil or to be involved in any dealings involving the US government or businesses. Under penalty of death.
7. Dissolve all ties with the UN, formally unrecognize their authority in any matter and remove them totally from US soil.

There is more but that would be a good start. In short we must remove the idea of a "lifetime" politician and remove their ability to continue to live off us forever. They need to do their duty and then go home and get a real job.

In addition we need to remove from our government any official doctrine that acknowledges the idea of or the need for a "global government".

In general we also need to make it easier to impeach, discipline and/or remove judges at all levels of government but at the federal level in particular.

What to do?

We are not organized enough to do anything but the "legal" path right now. Anarchy will do no good yet we cannot allow this fraud to continue.

There is no road map for the times we are in. What to do?

Rule #1 in the fight for the Republic

We need to stay focused on the prize, Restoring our Constitutional Republic. If this can be done it will take the rest of our lives and the lives of our children. It is no easy task and every moment and bit of energy needs to be aimed at that goal. If it is not essential to that desired outcome ignore it and move on to what is.

We have a lot of work to do. The left is better funded and better organized at this point. They are also amoral so their tactics will not work for us. While they skulked in the shadows for 100 years laying their nefarious plans the "real Americans" were working and mostly playing by the rules. Well now we must make the rules.

Rule #1 needs to be stay focused and ignore all that is not germane to the restoration of the rule of law and the republic in general.
